Go Adventure is a travel agency based in South Africa. We have travel planners standing by to help you plan your next trip or holiday, or you can use our online resources to plan and book your own flights, accommodation and activities.

Our head office is based near Cape Town, South Africa. We are looking at opening some walk-in stores across the country in the near future.

Yes, although our focus is on the South African travel market for now. However, we do book international flights and accommodation, and you are able to use us to book your island holidays. If you don’t see something listed on our website, get in touch with one of our professional travel planners for assistance.

Absolutely. We have travel planners standing by to assist you with planning your trip. You can also book your own trip using our online app and web features.

On our website and app we use a 3rd party payment service provider: Peach Payments to facilitate online card transactions.

When using our travel planners, we use Nedbank’s Netcash service for payments. Here you have the option to do an EFT, card transactions or Zapper to make payment.

Different airlines, hotels and service providers have their own cancellation policies in place. In the unfortunate event of our clients needing to cancel a booking, we will do our best to assist you with the process. For our general cancellation policies with Go Adventure, please refer to our Ts & Cs.

Send an email to cancel@goadventure.travel providing us with as much information about your booking as possible.

Once a booking has been made with us, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking and payment.

You can also find details of your booking in your personal Go Adventure Dashboard on the website and the app.

You will receive an email sent to the address linked to your profile. If you do not receive any emails from us, send an email to: bookings@goadventure.travel

When a Dynamic Deal has been purchased, you will receive a unique code linked to your purchase. You need to provide that code to the establishment when making your booking and when you arrive on the day. You can find the code on the voucher in your Go Fanny Pack / Go Adventure Dashboard.
